Memory and Coin Counting mini-games

We've got two new mini-game prototypes that we've recently created to get an idea of how we can make learning Japanese (and things related to Japan) fun. Find them both at https://www.yokaiscrolls.com/#/games

The first is called Coin Counting:

Coin Counting

Have you ever been to a Japanese convience store at the register to pay and then increasingly started sweating as you feel the drumbeat of time progress while you desperately try to sort through your coin bag in search of just the right combination of strange looking metal discs to match what the tiny glowing LED screen commands you to calculate? No? Well if you prepare yourself by mastering the ultimate Japanese coin counting techniques, you'll never have to fear when you travel to Japan!

The second one is called Memory (yeah, we're keeping it simple for now):

Memory

Done in the style of a classic Memory game (with a small twist). We were playing around with the idea of how a game like this could encourage learning basic Japanese hiragana and katakana.

If you enjoy either one of these (or even if you don't) we'd love to hear about it! Share your thoughts below, or join us on Discord to discuss. All feedback is welcome, and if something sticks, maybe we'll find a way to integrate it into Yokai Scrolls, or even expand on a standalone version!
